For Iraqis: unified identity card or nationality and status certificate
For minors: No objection to travel + a copy of the parents’ passport
Additional requirements: travel history for the last 10 years with dates + work history for the last 10 years + Date of study
Office fees: 250 dinars, including filling out the application + translation + scanning and uploading the papers
